CADD-AIDD Research Scientist
Reporting to: Director of Computational Chemistry
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of computational chemistry and medicinal chemistry to design and optimize small-molecule compounds, with practical experience in drug-likeness optimization (e.g., oral bioavailability, BBB permeability).
Collaborate closely with project teams to advance the research of small molecules, peptides, and antibodies, ensuring high-quality and timely project delivery.
Conduct target research, participate in project initiation, plan technical routes, and contribute to the full process of molecule design and optimization.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or above.
Discipline: Bioinformatics, computational biology, computational chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields.
Technical Expertise:
Strong foundation in medicinal chemistry with hands-on experience in drug-likeness optimization.
Proficiency in Linux, with programming skills in Shell, Python, etc.; practical experience using computational chemistry tools.
Experience in using molecular dynamics to study GPCR mechanisms, kinase selectivity, or ion channel mechanisms is preferred; ability to independently analyze compound patents and build SAR based on simulation results.
Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, willingness to take on challenges, and passion for learning emerging technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or significantly contributing to small-molecule optimization projects, especially with notable achievements in drug-likeness optimization; experience developing AI algorithms related to drug discovery (e.g., interaction prediction, molecular generation, developability prediction) is a strong plus.
Cross-disciplinary background combining medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, computational biology, and artificial intelligence.
Familiarity with small-molecule or biologics drug development principles and the ability to apply them effectively in projects.
Computational Antibody Design Engineer / Scientist
Core Requirements
1. Education & Experience
Required:
Master’s degree or above in Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Medicinal Chemistry, or related fields;
Over 2 years of experience in computer-aided antibody drug design;
Complete project experience in antibody design, including antibody modeling, antibody–antigen docking, humanization, affinity maturation, and developability optimization.
Preferred:
Experience in antibody drug design or industrial project implementation;
Candidates with immunology or molecular biology backgrounds are preferred.
2. Technical Skills
Core Skills:
Proficient with traditional antibody design tools such as Rosetta;
Skilled in using open-source AI tools (AlphaFold, IgFold, ABodyBuilder, DeepAb, etc.) for antibody structure prediction and optimization;
Capable of integrating molecular dynamics simulations to analyze antibody stability and binding mechanisms;
Familiar with antibody humanization, epitope prediction, and CDR design.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience developing or optimizing AI models using PyTorch or TensorFlow;
Familiarity with high-throughput virtual screening or machine-learning-assisted antibody library design;
Knowledge of experimental validation such as SPR and ELISA and how to cross-validate computational results.
3. Project Experience
Candidates with successful experience in the following areas are preferred:
Immuno-oncology antibody design;
Antiviral neutralizing antibody development;
Bispecific or multispecific antibody engineering;

Core Requirements
1. Education & Experience
Required:
Master’s degree or above in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or related fields;
Over 1 year of experience in computer-aided small-molecule drug design, or over 3 years of experience in small-molecule synthesis;
Experience in full-process small-molecule computational projects, including protein modeling, molecular docking, virtual screening, MD simulations, ADMET prediction, and molecular property optimization (activity, selectivity, etc.);
Familiar with common target classes such as kinases, GPCRs, ion channels, and protein–protein interaction systems;
Basic synthetic chemistry skills, able to independently design and execute medium-complexity synthetic routes;
Strong patent and literature search capabilities.
Preferred:
Experience in integrated small-molecule drug discovery projects (e.g., significantly improving activity or selectivity, or identifying superior hits);
Familiarity with biological evaluation assays (enzyme activity assays, cell-based assays);
Experience with antibody or peptide projects.
2. Technical Skills
Core Skills:
Proficient in molecular docking, MD simulations, and commonly used molecular modeling tools;
Familiar with small-molecule drug development workflows (virtual screening, ADMET prediction, developability optimization);
Able to integrate computational and experimental data to optimize activity and selectivity;
Practical experience in synthetic chemistry;
Basic medicinal chemistry knowledge or related work experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
Practical experience applying AI/ML in small-molecule design (e.g., generative models, activity prediction);
Ability to utilize multiple high-throughput virtual screening methods;
Experience in cross-validating computational and experimental data;
Self-taught computational modeling with demonstrable results;
Knowledge of one or more enhanced-sampling techniques;
Programming ability in one or more languages such as Python or Shell.
3. Project Experience
Preferred experience includes:
Drug design targeting kinases, GPCRs, ion channels, or PPIs;
Fragment-based drug design (FBDD) or scaffold hopping with measurable property improvements;
Applying AI/ML models in small-molecule design and obtaining experimentally validated results.
4. Soft Skills
Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering new technologies (AI tools, new simulation algorithms);

Responsibilities
Expand business resources, identify and screen potential cooperation opportunities, and support brand promotion;
Conduct market research according to business development plans, deliver accurate and timely research reports, and provide market feedback;
Assist in planning, drafting, reviewing, and executing project proposals, and participate in business negotiations;
Participate in project implementation, including supervision, coordination, progress tracking, and payment follow-up;
Participate in exhibition research, plan and budget for exhibitions, support booth setup and promotion, and evaluate exhibition performance;
Handle other business cooperation–related negotiation and implementation tasks.
